BDS Standards for packaging

Dear members,

Bulecopack JSC informs you that it is in the possession of complete, unofficial translation of the standards for packaging production that are in compliance with Art. 4, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Packaging and Packaging Waste, that is:

  1. BDS EN 13427:2004 – Packaging – Requirements for the use of European Standards in the field of packaging and packaging waste
  2. BDS EN 13428:2004 – Packaging – Requirements specific to manufacturing and composition – Prevention by source reduction
  3. BDS EN 13429:2004 – Packaging – Reuse
  4. BDS EN 13430:2004 – Packaging – Requirements for packaging recoverable by material recycling
  5. BDS EN 13431:2004 – Packaging – Requirements for packaging recoverable in the form of energy recovery, including specification of minimum inferior calorific value
  6. BDS EN 13432:2004 – Packaging – Requirements for packaging recoverable through composting and biodegradation – Test scheme and evaluation criteria for the final acceptance of packaging

According to the Bulgarian legislation, the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BIS) is the only organization that has the right to distribute the Bulgarian national standards in the country.
On request, Bulecopack JSC can give its members the unofficial translation of the standards, aforesaid, only if they present an invoice, issued by BIS certifying the purchase of one or more of these standards.
