reports according to Decree of Council of Ministers №137

According to the requirements of Decree of the Council of Ministers №137:

  1. The producers and importers of packed goods are obliged to fill in a product specification for the packaging, placed by them on the market, according to a sample- Annex № 9.
  2. The producers and importers of packed goods shall fill in a Monthly report – declaration as per Annex №10, for the packaging imported and placed by them on the market. The report – declaration shall be stored in the company for a period of 5 years and on request, presented to the accredited authorities.
  3. The producers and importers of packed goods shall fill in an Annual report – declaration as per Annex № 11. Bulecopack JSC shall submit to the Minister of Environment and Waters the Annual reports – declarations of all of its members, together with the audit report for attainment of the targets according to Art. 11 of the WMA by February, 15th of the current year for the quantities, imported and/ or placed by them on the market during the previous year.
