    2. Explanation:The figurative mark is a circle, with a figure of irregular shape, cut vertically by a straight line and with a smaller circle in the center, intercepting the vertical line.

  3. BULECOPACK JSC agrees that the figurative trade mark shall be represented in all combinations of colours upon the package, suitable for the respective packaging, in a way that the mark is visually distinguishable and contrasting. In all the combinations of colours the requirement “light arrows on dark background” shall be observed.
  4. The mark shall be placed either directly on the package, or on the label, or as a sticker. It has to be placed near the marking specified in Annexes № 2 and 3 according to Art. 5, paragraph 1, p. 1 and 2 from the Ordinance on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
